Dr. Parke grew up in southern California and currently has a private practice in Fullerton. She has a passion for clinical work and training therapists. She has taught at multiple universities locally. She has also taught internationally--in Thailand, the Syrian/Turkish border, Germany, Lebanon--working directly with refugee youth and equipping others to care for them.
Dr. Parke enjoys running, soccer, playing music, and spending time with her husband. Some of her previous clients knew her by her maiden name, Dr. Jackie Moonilal. She is biracial (Indian/Caucasian) and values cultural humility, continually seeking to learn about BIPOC mental health. Although she identifies as a follower of Christ, she has enjoyed serving people from all walks of life who have a vast spectrum of backgrounds, identities, and worldviews.
